Ready, steady go for Dhanush

Joining the longlist of movies to be remade from Tollywood is Ready. Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, the movie featured Ram and Genelia in the lead roles. An action-packed romantic entertainer, it became a big hit. Buzz is that Dhanush will be playing the lead role in the Tamil remake.  To be produced by Mohan Apparao and Thandra Ramesh, the movie would go on floors in January 2010. Sources say, ‘there was a huge demand for the remake rights of the movie. Eventually Mohan Apparao and Thandra Ramesh won it’. The rest of the star cast and the director for the movie would be announced soon. Dhanush is acting in Kutty, Aadukalam besides an untitled movie.
