Latest hit of Bollywood “Paa” is going to get another version in Kollywood. The movie “Paa” is well known for its special unique values.Bollywood veteran Amitabh plays the son role and his real son Abishek plays the Father role. The real wonder with the movie is Amitabh acted as a schoolboy of 13 years old, who has suffered with the disease called “Progeria”.With the budget of 15 crores, the entire movie has been completed, where the major part went to Amitabh’s makeup. The overwhelming response that Paa has got from the audience has triggered the need for the Tamil version of the movie.

Maestro Ilayaraja composed the music for the movie and this is his second project with the same team after the 1st hit “Cheeni Kum”.As expected, the music receives a glowing response among the Audience. The songs in the film are highly situational and Ilayaraja has composed the tracks keeping in mind the theme of the film. A balanced melody of Carnatic and western music particularly jazz stays in the background. Ilayaraja got the ownership to remake the movie in Tamil and he prefers kamal to replace Amitabh in the Tamil version.
